The Forecast

Radio today said the overnight forecast was a strong north wind and a low in the mid-20s. What a coincidence, I too seem to be experiencing a low in the mid-20s.

Some names that caught my eye recently: Carlos Ibietatorremen, Iliganoa Matau, and Sonia Treubevan. I really like the sound and mouth feel of the last one. Any Spanish speakers have a translation for the apellido of the first name?

I'm out.

I'm not sure what the etymology of the word would be. It doesn't even sound all that Spanish. What Spanish group is it from? It could be from a geographically related but linguistically distant culture/source.
