Thank you for your comment/query. Sorry but it is plain ol' How-in-the-Hills. There is also a Plains of Dan, Virginia. I'll let you know when I come across How-in-the-Ellen, OK.
I've actually driven past this place, it's not too terribly far from where my grandparents live outside Orlando. All the signs I saw though called this place "Howey in the Hills", in any case, it made me laugh every time :)
